Really poor service reported from one of my customers

Agree, as with most dealerships the reception area for servicing etc is poor, but I find them helpful at the parts desks.

I sure I must have dog poo on my shoes when I go in my local dealer as they totally ignore you unless you have a new car and want it servicing.
The parts guys used to be great but they have either moved on or retired. The current staff are not knowledgeable on cars like ours.

Williams parts dept. are good and will normally give discount to car club members
