    part number help

I can't seem to find this part on realOem, hopefully you can assist Dave...

I have circled it (rather poorly) in red and can only describe it as the throttle cable metal plate, it's a bit rusty, so I could do with changing it.

    Thanks in advance, useful thread!

Sorry do you mean the silver plate the throttle cable attaches to or the black plate that covers the cable?

I was after the black cover plate, but might as well replace both if you don't mind finding the P/N's.

Also, my vacuum pipes have some rusty screws/bolts, also visible in the pics....hopefully you don't mind me asking but I have searched realoem for ages and can't pinpoint these bits and bobs.

        Appreciate your help

Silver plate is part of the throttle body so not available on its own but the black plate is a separate part, #21

            Great, thanks!

I have some black paint to touch up a few areas, now that the engine is clean and the new covers are on, I have become quite OCD about any remaining areas of corrosion, getting there bit by bit.

Anyone know if you can get the small black plastic bolt heads that sit in the chrome gear gaitor surround? Part number?

                        Drivers side trailing arm rear

I have had some tracking issues and took it to a specialist earlier who said my drivers side rear axle trailing arm may be the cause and needs replacing. They are an eye watering $1000 on realoem.......I was wondering if these are generic to all z3 models or different on the coupe? I think the below info implies they are the same across all z3 models?

                            splash shield?

                            http://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/show...diagId=41_1628

I'm looking for the splash shield #3 above. I checked with ECS and they don't have it or a part number. Thanks in advance.

                              Number 3 isn't a Z3M part, try this diagram

Not sure which model you have S52? but some undertrays are not fitted to all models
