Looks like a dealer selling it on E Bay, Netherlands registered, so whoever buys it should make sure that the dealer gets it UK registered before they buy it otherwise import duty / VAT will be payable [so let the dealer pay the duty / VAT out of their cut] as we are no longer in EU. It should have a UK number from before export, but will be marked with DVLA with and 'export marker'
Make sure it doesn't say "condition inspected" on the V5 once UK registered.
If it does then it means it was previously a write off before export to NL.
A common trick to clear a write off from a car's history is to export & reimport it - the only clue are the words "Condition Inspected" so be on the lookout for that...
